Education and training are the hallmark of this program. Our staff includes "Level III" vibration analysis, certified data collectors and infrared technicians. The highly trained and dedicated employees are able to determine the condition of your equipment today and predict the condition in the future. They are using the most state-of-the-art equipment available to take data readings and turn those into easy to understand information for the customer use. This allows customers to plan outages around production scheduling without losing valuable production time. Our new Motor Winding Analyzer is the newest tool used by the PM department to diagnose motor winding problems.
