The Service Center operates three shifts seven days a week. This allows for faster turnaround and lower cost emergency repairs. Our fleet of trucks can accommodate your needs and be at your location to retrieve the failed apparatus and return it to our Service Center for fast economical repair, reducing your downtime. Each driver is equipped with a cellular phone that allows our dispatcher to have immediate communication whenever needed. The fleet of vehicles maintains the highest standard of reliability and is driven by a competent, trained staff. The weekend on-duty staffing allows you to call (800) 632-9060 anytime 365 days a year and speak to a qualified Motor Technology employee with the skills to address your needs. The complete weekend duty staff is ready to respond without delay whether it is repairing your apparatus in our Service Center or traveling to your location to make on-site repairs.
